Monticello home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Monticello fell by $55,600 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,900 - a 35.8% decrease over the $155,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Monticello in April 2017.
