Danville home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Danville fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $29,500 - a 7.8% decrease over the $32,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Danville in December 2017.

The median sales tax in Danville for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $954, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
