Rantoul home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Rantoul fell by $41,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 53.9% decrease over the $76,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Rantoul in January 2018.
