Rantoul home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Rantoul rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,000 - a 29.9% increase over the $58,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Rantoul in January 2017.
