Thomasboro home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Thomasboro rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,000 - a 48.5% increase over the $48,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Thomasboro in September 2016.
