Urbana home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Urbana rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 22%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $111,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Urbana in September 2016.
