Homer home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Homer fell by $18,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000 - a 16.4% decrease over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Homer in June 2016.
