Danville home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Danville fell by $29,450 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $31,500 - a 48.3% decrease over the $60,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Danville in January 2017.
