Potomac home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Potomac rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,000 - a 20.4% increase over the $49,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Potomac in September 2016, as well.
