Danville home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Danville fell by $27,250 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,000 - a 49.3% decrease over the $55,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Danville in April 2016.
