Homer home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Homer fell by $14,500 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 14.6% decrease over the $99,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Homer in the second quarter of 2016.
