Philo home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Philo fell by $55,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,000 - a 34.4% decrease over the $161,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Philo in the second quarter of 2016.
