Dewey home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Dewey rose by $118,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 83.5% increase over the $142,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Dewey in the second quarter of 2016.
