Rossville home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Rossville fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,500 - a 5% decrease over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Rossville in the third quarter of 2016.
