Monticello home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Monticello rose by $2,750 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,250 - a 2% increase over the $139,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Monticello in the first quarter of 2017.
