Democratic Carol. Ammons's election campaign committee, Friends of Carol Ammons, spent $11,036 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Ammons's committee spent the most on billboard expenses in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,410) going to Adams Outdoor in Chamapign. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Ammons's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
