Rantoul Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Feb. 5.
Tay and Carp bobbleheads are now at Gameday Spirit on Neil and Kirby for the Flyin’ Illini Selfie Contest! If you’ve been listening to the Tay & Carp show, you know this is YOUR chance to win a full, Flyin’ Illini bobblehead set, PLUS a Lou Henson bobblehead, Nike Flyin’ Illini Quarter-Zip and 2 passes to the private Flyin’ Illini team reunion on Saturday, February 23rd! One lucky grand prize winner and a guest will get the incredible opportunity to hang with the team that took flight all the way to the NCAA Final Four 30 years ago. To participate, take a selfie with the Tay & Carp bobbleheads at Gameday on South Neil Street, then send it to 217-359-2255! The winner will be chosen on February 20th.
