Q3 real estate sales report: Cerro Gordo

Median prices declined in Cerro Gordo over last year, and are up 11.5 percent over 4 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 8 homes sold in Cerro Gordo for a median price of $71,500. That's 2.6 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
