Report: St. Joseph-Ogden spent $9,688 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at St. Joseph-Ogden Community High School District 305 is down 10.5 percent from five years ago, according to a Chambana Sun analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Champaign County school district spent $10,825 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $9,688 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 486 to 468.

St. Joseph-Ogden's spending in 2017-18 was 27.4 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
