Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Community Unified School District 5 issued the following announcement on Nov. 13.

GCMS Students will soon be taking the 5Essentials Survey. Please see the attached letter for more information. If you wish for your student to opt out of the survey, you can print, sign and return the letter to school. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
