Danville Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Oct. 22.
Since opening the doors of the first
restaurant in 1984, Culver’s® has been committed to being an active member in its local
community. On Oct. 25th, Culver’s of Danville, 3210 N. Vermilion St. will carry on that
tradition by donating a portion of their sales to raise funds for Danville Area Chapter of Credit
Unions between 5-8 p.m. The Chapters goal for this event is to raise funds necessary to enable
them to support local community events and financial literacy efforts, as well as those of the
Illinois Credit Union Foundation.
"We’re proud to call Danville home and doing our part to help just feels right," said Jeff Eddy.
"We strive to make a difference in the community we share with so many others, and working
with Danville Area Chapter of Credit Unions allows us to help support individuals and families
in our area."
Culver’s support of Danville Area Chapter of Credit Unions is just part of their dedication to
giving back to the community. From Culver’s founders to each locally owned and operated
restaurant, each franchise partner and team member understands the importance of serving those
in need.
