Q1 real estate sales report: Fisher

Median prices declined in Fisher over last year, and are down 29.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 5 homes sold in Fisher for a median price of $89,500. That's 20.2 percent lower than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.

In the first quarter, there were no foreclosures in Fisher.

Median property tax for homeowners in Fisher was $2,389.04 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.1 percent of their home's value in taxes.
