Champaign City Council issued the following announcement on May 10.
On Monday, May 14, the following locations will be added to construction activities related to the MCORE Project:
• Green Street between Third Street and Fourth Street. Green Street will be CLOSED, including the intersection of Third Street & Green Street. Green Street will remain closed at this location until August 17.
• Wright Street between Springfield Avenue and White Street. Wright Street will be reduced to one-way traffic northbound. Traffic will remain one-way northbound until August 17.
The City of Champaign, appreciates the cooperation and patience of property owners, residents, and visitors of the Campustown area during this important project.
