Here is the agenda provided by the Commission:
1) Call to Order – PZC Chair
2) Minutes of the Previous January 30th 2017 meeting, formerly the Zoning Board of Appeals, Zoning Board and Plan Commission.

4) The public hearing to consider the following proposed rezoning; Request made by South Pointe Commons, LLC, as owner, for a change in zoning classification from the CR-2 Aviation Support District to the R-3 Single-Family/Duplex Residential District for the parcel of real estate generally located at 221 West Chandler Road, Rantoul, Illinois, more particularly described as follows: Part of Lot 226 of South Point commons 2, situated in the Village of Rantoul, Champaign County, Illinois, containing 26.21 acres, more or less.
Context: Applicant wishes to utilize the permitted use, exception #16, in Table IV-1 stating “growing of agricultural cropping such as corn, beans, grass for hay and wheat prior to property being subdivided and platted is permissible”, and this context must be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
