The village of Homer Tax Increment Financing Committee met Tuesday to review pending and accepted TIF applications.
"Homer is a village of 1,200 residents in eastern Champaign County, a community with over 150 years of history. Homer began on the banks of the Salt Fork in 1837, moving to its present location in 1855. The village is located five miles south of Exit 197 on Interstate 74."
