Village of Mahomet Board of Trustees met June 27.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

1. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM

2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 

3. ROLL CALL: Mohr called the roll, Trustees Colravy, Tompkins, Harpst, Preston, Oliger and Metzger are all present. Additionally, Sean Widener - Village President, Joe Chamley - Village Attorney, Mike Metzler - Chief of Police, Dawn Mohr - Village Clerk are present. Absent, Patrick Brown Village Administrator.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT: No public comment presented to the clerk.

5. CONSENT AGENDA (TO BE ACTED UPON): Widener asks if there are any questions or comments, none are presented. Widener calls for a motion to approve the consent agenda, Colravy moved, and Preston seconded. Mohr called the roll ALL VOTES YES 6-0.

1. Ordinance 23-06-01, An Ordinance Prohibiting Parking on Certain Streets Within the Village of Mahomet.

2. Resolution 23-06-01, A Resolution Concerning A Conditional Use Permit to Establish A Commercial Drive-Through Facility on 0.42+ Acre of Land Zoned C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Located on at The Northwest Corner Churchill Road and Patton Drive, South of Oak Street (CU2023-02: Peter Paraskis / Krishna Patel (Dunkin))

3. Resolution 23-06-02, A Resolution Concerning an Amendment to Conditions of an Approved Conditional Use Permit Which Established a Self-Storage Facility and Mixed-Use Commercial Building on 4.6± Acres of Land Zoned C-2 General Commercial Located on The North Side of Clark Street Approximately 230 Feet West of Prairieview Road, Commonly Known as 2004 Clark Street (CU2021-02 Amendment: Adam and Jodi Kimball)

1. Resolution 23-06-05, A Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Execution of An Intergovernmental Agreement for Geographic Information System Services Between the Champaign County GIS Consortium and The Village of Mahomet.

2. Resolution 23-06-06, A Resolution Authorizing the Village of Mahomet to Sign IEPA Loan #L17-5789 Application forms and Other Documents.

6. REGULAR AGENDA (TO BE ACTED UPON):

A. ADMINSITRATION: 

1. Resolution 23-06-07, A Resolution Appointing the Interim Village Planner. Widener asked if there are any questions or comments, none presented. Widener called for a motion to approve the resolution. Colravy moved and Tompkins seconded. Mohr called the roll ALL VOTES YES 6-0.

2. Resolution 23-06-08, A Resolution to Purchase and Emergency Standby Generator from Cummins Sales and Service for an Amount of $27,550.00. Widener asked if there were any questions or comments. None are presented, Widener calls for a motion to approve the resolution, Harpst moved and Preston seconded. Mohr called the roll - ALL VOTES YES 6-0.
