The Champaign County Environment and Land Use Committee will meet Thursday to review a special use request for a Tolono truck terminal and farmstead.
The application from Wishall Farms & Transportation Inc. asks for the property to be rezoned from AG-1 agricultural zoning to AG-2 agricultural zoning to bring the currently unauthorized truck terminal into compliance.
The committee will also receive and make public amendments to the county's zoning code regarding the permitting process for parking lots at public fairgrounds.The amendments are available for public comment for 30 days following the meeting.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Brookens Administrative Center, 1776 E. Washington St. in Urbana.
