Village of Gifford Board met April 2

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

The meeting of the Board of Trustees will be called to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Building

After the roll call and Pledge of Allegiance, guests will be recognized, and they will be given the opportunity to present questions before the Board.

After a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes and a second, there will be a roll call vote. If the majority approves the motion, the President will call for a motion to accept the minutes. After a motion and a second to accept the minutes there will be a roll call vote to approve the minutes as read.

After a motion to dispense with the reading of the bills and a second, there will be a roll call vote. If the majority approves the motion, the President will ask for any discussion on the bills. After discussion the President will ask for a motion to pay the bills.

After a motion and a second, there will be a roll call vote. If the majority approves the payment of the bills, Treasurer Chelsea Rhoades will be directed to pay the bills.

The Treasurer’s Report will be given by the Village Treasurer.
