On June 21, 2025, the Timberline Valley South Homeowners Association (HOA) finalized the installation of a community dog waste station. This initiative was introduced following concerns about pet owners not cleaning up after their animals. The waste station is located near the common walkway between Florence Drive and Edward Hoffman Drive. The HOA utilized the City’s Neighborhood Small Grant Program to finance the costs associated with the waste station, including can liner bags and dog waste bags.
