Report: Georgetown-Ridge Farm spent $10,090 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Georgetown-Ridge Farm Community Unit School District 4 is up 4.1 percent from five years ago, according to a Chambana Sun analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Vermilion County school district spent $9,690 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $10,090 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 1086 to 973.

Georgetown-Ridge Farm's spending in 2017-18 was 24.3 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
