Rep. Mary Miller, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Illinois’ 15th district, recently posted a series of messages on her social media account addressing national initiatives, religious observances, and partisan issues.
On March 28, 2026, Miller promoted an initiative associated with former President Trump: “President Trump’s America 250 initiative is calling on all Americans to participate in honoring our nation’s story. Learn more about how you can get involved: https://t.co/YRFtswT1li https://t.co/kQVD7pG4rm”.
The following day, March 29, she marked Palm Sunday by sharing a biblical passage and holiday wishes: “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!” – Matthew 21:9 On this Palm Sunday, we reflect on Christ’s triumphal entry and prepare our hearts for the promise of Easter. From my family to yours, we wish you a blessed https://t.co/3wG1Y7P0r4″.
On March 30, Miller addressed political divisions in Congress regarding law enforcement and immigration policy: “Democrats have voted against DHS, against law enforcement, against voter ID, and against the removal of criminal illegal aliens. Republicans are fighting to enforce the law, secure our borders, and protect American voters. The contrast could not be clearer.”
Mary Miller has served as representative for Illinois’s 15th District since replacing John Shimkus in 2021. She was elected after defeating Erika Weaver in 2020 and Paul Lange in 2022 by significant margins. Born in Oak Park in 1959 and currently residing in Oakland at age 63, Miller holds a BA from Eastern Illinois University.
