Rep. Mary Miller, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Illinois’ 15th district, posted a series of messages on her official social media account in late January 2026 addressing issues related to federal benefits and immigration.

On January 26, Miller shared a brief post: https://t.co/mQctjvc6kz.

Later that day, she urged legislative action by posting: “PASS THE SAVE ACT. https://t.co/CCYDXaWuQ5” (January 26, 2026).

On January 27, Miller referenced changes in federal benefit eligibility under former President Trump’s administration: “Since President Trump took office, 275,000 illegal aliens are no longer receiving Social Security benefits.

Democrats said illegals obtaining federal benefits was IMPOSSIBLE.

It turns out protecting taxpayers just requires leadership that actually cares!”

Mary Miller has served as the representative for Illinois’ 15th district since replacing John Shimkus in 2021. She won her congressional seat by defeating Erika Weaver in the 2020 general election with over 73% of the vote and secured re-election against Paul Lange in 2022 with more than 71% of the vote.
