On August 4, 2025, the Ponds of Windsor Homeowners Association (HOA) finished a beautification project in their subdivision’s common areas. The effort included neighborhood volunteers who installed landscape rock, mulch, and plants across various shared spaces.
According to the HOA, residents are committed to maintaining these landscaped commons because they improve the visual appeal of the neighborhood.
The project is part of ongoing community initiatives aimed at enhancing local environments and encouraging resident involvement in upkeep efforts.
