Stark Excavating will begin milling asphalt pavement on Paula Drive between Honeysuckle Lane and Larkspur Lane starting March 12, according to a March 10 announcement. The work is part of the Garden Hills Phase 3 Project.

The closure is expected to impact residents in the area as access to driveways will be removed beginning March 16. While street parking will be available outside the construction zone, vehicles will not be allowed within the active work area. Pedestrian access to all homes will remain open during construction.

During the initial milling phase, property access will generally be maintained, though equipment may occasionally block driveways during daytime hours. Once full road closure begins, all vehicular traffic between Honeysuckle Lane and Larkspur Lane on Paula Drive will be restricted.

The closure is anticipated to last six to eight weeks, but this timeline could change depending on weather conditions. Additional lane or road closures are expected as other phases of the project progress.

Residents are advised to plan accordingly and watch for further updates regarding future closures related to the Garden Hills Phase 3 Project.
