Rep. Mary Miller, U.S. Congresswoman representing Illinois’ 15th district since 2021, used her social media account on March 17, 2026, to highlight issues related to election integrity and voting regulations in Illinois.

In a post marking the state’s Election Day, Miller stated: “Today is Election Day in Illinois.

Free, fair, and secure elections are the foundation of our Republic, and I have been fighting in Congress to protect the integrity of every legal vote.

Verify citizenship to register.
Require voter ID.
Protect our elections from fraud” (March 17, 2026).

Later that day, Miller addressed members of the Senate with polling statistics and legislative advocacy. She wrote: “A reminder for my colleagues in the Senate:

81% of Americans support voter ID.
85% of Americans want ONLY U.S. citizens voting in our elections.
80% of Americans want to purge non-citizens from voter rolls.

Passing the SAVE America Act should be a no-brainer.

GET IT DONE.” (March 17, 2026).

In another post referencing a recent audit involving commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs) issued in Illinois, Miller said: “Secretary Duffy gave Illinois 30 days to fix its illegal CDL scandal after an audit found 1 in 5 commercial truck licenses issued to noncitizens were issued illegally.

The deadline is coming up for @GovPritzker & @ILSecOfState.

Clean up this dangerous mess immediately, or” (March 17, 2026).

Miller has represented Illinois’s 15th District since replacing John Shimkus in Congress in 2021. She was born in Oak Park, Illinois in 1959 and currently resides in Oakland. In previous elections, Miller won her seat by wide margins—defeating Paul Lange with over 71% of the vote in the 2022 general election and Erika Weaver with more than 73% of the vote in the 2020 general election. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University.
