Mary Miller criticizes Democrats on election security and border policy in March 2026 posts

Rep. Mary Miller, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Illinois’s 15th district, posted a series of statements on March 26, 2026, addressing issues related to election security, border enforcement, and national sovereignty.

In one post published at 18:54 UTC, Miller stated: “Not a single Democrat can offer a credible argument against verifying citizenship and requiring voter ID in our elections.”

Later that evening at 19:55 UTC, she criticized House Democrats for their voting record on funding the Department of Homeland Security. She wrote: “206 House Democrats are once again on the record voting AGAINST funding the Department of Homeland Security. They voted:
Against border security.
Against enforcing our laws.
Against paying TSA agents at our airports.
Against the safety of the American people.”

In another post at 23:22 UTC, Miller addressed her stance regarding Sharia law and national values. She declared: “America will NEVER submit to Sharia law. Miller has represented Illinois’s 15th district in Congress since 2021 after replacing John Shimkus. She was elected to Congress in both 2020 and 2022 by significant margins. Born in Oak Park in 1959 and currently residing in Oakland, Illinois, Miller holds a BA from Eastern Illinois University.
