Rep. Mary Miller, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Illinois’ 15th district, recently posted several statements on her social media account addressing federal and state policy issues.

On August 14, 2025, Miller criticized previous presidential administrations regarding Social Security benefits and praised former President Trump’s actions: “Joe Biden and Barack Obama let illegal aliens cash in on Social Security. President Trump is putting an end to it. This is a BIG WIN for our seniors. No more waste, fraud, and abuse!”

The following day, August 15, 2025, Miller announced legislative plans targeting student mental health policies in Illinois: “BREAKING: Rep. Mary Miller to Introduce Bill Combating Illinois Law Requiring ‘Invasive’ Student Mental Health Screenings J.B. Pritzker’s plan to impose invasive ‘mental health screenings’ on kids, forcing parents to jump through hoops to opt out, is ridiculous and” She also shared a link to an exclusive news article: ” Read the @BreitbartNews @thekat_hamilton exclusive:”

Miller has served in Congress since replacing John Shimkus in 2021 after winning elections by significant margins in both 2020 and 2022. In the 2022 general election, she secured over 71% of the vote against Paul Lange; in 2020 she won with more than 73% against Erika Weaver.
