The University of Illinois women’s golf team will participate in the Coach Mo Classic, hosted by Furman, on March 30-31 in St. Augustine, Florida.
The event brings together a competitive field of 16 teams at the St. John’s Golf & Country Club. The Fighting Illini, ranked No. 55, will compete alongside teams such as No. 12 UCF, No. 16 Florida State, and host No. 72 Furman.
The two-day tournament features a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. Central Time each day with four-count-five scoring over three rounds—36 holes on the first day and an additional round on the second day. Illinois’ lineup includes Anna Ritter, Brielle Mapanao, Victoria Zheng, Alexis Myers, Erica Lee and individual competitor Kylie Eaton.

In their previous outing at the Florida State Match Up in Tallahassee, Illinois finished fourth overall and recorded the lowest team round of any school on the final day with a score of 287 (-1). Victoria Zheng and Alexis Myers each shot a round of 70 (-2), while Anna Ritter and Brielle Mapanao tied for low overall scores among their teammates with totals of 221.
