Illinois volleyball announces annual fan day event set for August 23

Illinois volleyball will hold its annual Fan Day at Huff Hall on Saturday, August 23, beginning at 10 a.m. Central Time. The event is free and open to the public, giving fans an early opportunity to see the 2025 team.

The schedule includes a team scrimmage, as well as lessons and activities led by Fighting Illini volleyball coaches and student-athletes. Player introductions are planned for the end of the festivities.

Metered street parking will be available for attendees, with additional parking offered at State Farm Center.

The Fighting Illini start their season on August 29 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, facing South Dakota State. The team’s home opener is scheduled for September 20 at Huff Hall against Iowa State, starting at 5:30 p.m. Central Time.

Season tickets are currently available through the official athletics website.
