Student season tickets for the 2025 Illinois football season have sold out, according to an announcement from the University of Illinois. The university reported that 8,250 student season tickets were purchased, which is nearly 1,500 more than last year’s total.

The student section this year will include the Block I north end zone and parts of sections 101 and 102 on the east side of Memorial Stadium. Since Bret Bielema became head coach, student season ticket sales have more than doubled.

In addition to student tickets, public season tickets, suites, Colonnades Club, and 77 Club tickets are also sold out for the upcoming season. Tickets for the October 11 game against Ohio State have been sold out as well. Fans can still buy single-game tickets for six other home games at Memorial Stadium through Tickets.FightingIllini.com. Limited availability remains for games against Western Michigan on September 13 and USC on September 27.

Illinois starts the season ranked #12 in both the AP Top 25 and USA TODAY Coaches Polls. This marks the first time since 2008 that Illinois begins a football season ranked and their first top-15 preseason ranking since 1990.
