The Devonshire South II Homeowners Association (HOA) organized its annual landscape cleanup event on June 21, 2025. During the event, participants focused on cleaning common areas and transporting debris to the Landscape Recycling Center for mulching. Additionally, they refreshed mulch around trees in these shared spaces.
Following the completion of their tasks, community members gathered for a picnic. The expenses associated with both the cleanup and the picnic were covered by neighborhood small grant funds.
This initiative reflects ongoing efforts by the Devonshire South II HOA to maintain and enhance their local environment through community involvement and support from available grants.
