      A. Consider and take action, and approve the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget

      B. Bi-Law review, consider, and take action to approve language adding a Treasurer description and role to the Bi-Laws.

       C. Search for a Secretary for the Veterans Administrative Board

11. New Business

      C. Consider and take action to approve the budget for fiscal year 2025 for the VAC

      D. Consider and take action to approve a Superintendent pay increase By 10% which is $3.00 or 20 % which is $ 6.00

      E. Consider and take action to hire an Administrative Assistant it was approved by the prior board and we don’t wont to lose the position.
