On August 2, 2025, the Ashland Park Homeowners Association (HOA) organized its annual block party and resource vendor fair. Residents attended the event, which included BBQ, music, and a bounce house. Attendees also had the opportunity to visit with various vendors and community resource providers.
According to organizers, neighborhood volunteers contributed 181 hours to planning and carrying out the event. The Ashland Park Event Planning Committee has announced that it is already preparing for a trunk or treat activity in October.
