      c. Authorize purchase of backhoe from Martin Equipment NTE $82,000 (Capital Improvement Fund)

      d. Authorize approval of task order with Donohue & Associates for North First Street road and drainage improvement engineering

      e. Authorize hiring of independent contractor to provide janitorial services

      f. Concur with the Village President in the appointment of Village building inspector
