City of Champaign Township Board of Trustees met August 1.

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Feinen at 7:00 p.m.

Approval of Minutes: Board Member Bruno, seconded by Board Member Gladney, moved to approve the following minutes:
July 11, 2017 Regular Board Meeting
A voice vote was taken on the motion to approve the minutes; all voted yes. Motion carried.
LaDonna Kaiser, newly appointed Township Assessor, introduced herself noting she would serve as the Assessor until the newly elected assessor takes office in January, 2018; and she is filling in for Supervisor Quarnstorm at tonight's meeting.
Correspondence: None
Approval of Summary of Checks Written - All Funds, June 2017: June showed the total for the Town Fund was $48,014.38; General Assistance Was S18,587.17; IMRF was $6,040.24; and the Social Security Fund was S886.74. Total expenditures for the month of June 2017 were $7 3,528.53. Board Member Stock, seconded by Board Member Gladney, moved to accept and place on file the summary of expenditures. A voice vote was taken; all voted yes. Motion carried.
FY 16-17 GATA 4thquarter Report: Board Member Stock, seconded by Board Member Gladney, moved to approve and place on file the 4th quarter report. A voice vote was taken; all voted yes. Motion carried.

Next Meeting: Chairperson Feinen noted the next meeting will be the Regular Township Meeting of September 5, 2017.
Adjournment: Board Member Bruno, seconded by Board Member Gladney, moved to adjourn. A voice vote was taken on the motion to adjourn; all voted yes. Motion carried.
