The regular meeting of the A-HPLD Board of Trustees was held in the Atwood Library Facility Monday, March 6, 2017. President Parsano called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Answering roll call: R.Adcock, Brandenburg, Kerns, Obert, Parsano. Absent: C.Adcock, Lyons. Non-members present: Burgener.
Adopt Agenda: Motion made by Obert, seconded by Brandenburg to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
Secretary's Report: Motion made by Brandenburg, seconded by Parsano to accept the secretary’s report from February and the special meeting regarding loan approval. Motion carried.
Approve Financial Report (Petty Cash, Pay Bills, Treasury): Motion made by R.Adcock, seconded by Brandenburg to approve the Financial Report. Roll Call vote: voting Yes – R.Adcock,Brandenburg,Kerns, Obert, Parsano. Absent: C.Adcock, Lyons. Motion carried.

Librarian's Report: Nothing to report at this time.
Unfinished Business: Update/Discussion/Action on Building Project: There are multiple issues that need to be taken care of from temporary walls to electrical wiring. Mike Stirrett and Kevin Tracy will take care of what they can safely do, Stan Harris will be taking care of any electrical issues. Motion made by Obert for Mike to continue the deconstruction work at 50 to 75% (150 hours) what the cost was for the 1st stage (139 hours- $3000.00), seconded by Brandenburg. Voting Yes: R.Adcock, Brandenburg, Kerns, Obert, Parsano. Absent: C.Adcock, Lyons. Motion carried.

Executive Session: Motion made by Obert to go into Executive Session, seconded by Kerns at 07:39 pm.
Action on Executive Session: Kerns made a motion to increase Kathy M. pay from $13.44 to $13.71 this is a 2% increase, starting March 1, 2017. Voting Yes: R.Adcock, Brandenburg, Kerns, Obert, Parsano. Absent: C.Adcock, Lyons. Motion carried.
