The Rantoul Village Board meets at 6:15 p.m. on the first and second Tuesday of each month in the Louis B. Schelling Memorial Board Room at the Municipal Building, 333 S. Tanner St.

A regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rantoul was held at 6:00 P.M. Mayor Charles Smith called the proceeding to order.
Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance
The Invocation was given by Mayor Charles Smith, opening the meeting with a prayer. Following the invocation, Trustee Turner led the audience in recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call
The Village Clerk called the roll, finding the following members present:
Mayor Charles Smith and Trustees, Gary Wilson, Tony Brown, Ken Turner, Jennifer Fox, and Hank Gamel.-6.
The following representatives of Village Departments were also present: Jeffrey Fiegenschuh, Village Administrator; Scot Brandon, Comptroller; Kenneth Beth, Attorney; Dan Culkin, Inspection; Mike Loschen, Community Development; Greg Hazel, Public Works Director; Herman Peyton, Human Resource Director; Luke Humphrey, Recreation Department; Ken Waters, Fire Chief, Ervin Blevins, Chief of Police and Mike Graham, Village Clerk.
Approval of Agenda
Trustee Turner moved to approve the agenda for the meeting. Trustee Brown seconded the motion. Motion carried, 5 - 0.
“NOTE FROM THE RANTOUL VILLAGE OF CLERK. ALL OF THE AGENDA ITEMS LISTED BELOW CARRIED BY ROLL CALL VOTE OF 5 TO 0. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED BELOW.”
Approval of the Consent Agenda. Trustee Gamel moved for approval and Trustee Wilson seconded the motion.
Motion of authorize and approve a contract with Schomburg and Schomburg for repairs at Jackson Hall - $31,405.91. Trustee Fox moved to approve and Trustee Turner seconded the motion.
Motion to pass Ordinance No. 2507, AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING SECION 24-177 (a) OF THE RANTOUL CODE IN CONNECTION WITH SICK LEAVE ALLOWANCE. Trustee Brown moved for approval and Trustee Fox seconded the motion.
Trustee Fox moved to adjourn the Regular Village Board Meeting and Trustee
Turner seconded the motion. The Motion carried 5 – 0.
The Rantoul Village Board of Trustee adjourned at 6:07 P.M.
