a. Community Elements has ceased to exist as an independent organization. For that reason, the grants to Community Elements approved on June 20, 2016 for the period of July 01, 2016 through June 30, 2017 for the TIMES Center program in the amount of $18,300 and for the Roundhouse Runaway & Homeless Youth programs in the amount of $8,400 are to be cancelled.

b. Rosecrance will take over operation of the TIMES program and the Runaway and Homeless Youth programs. For that reason, grants to Rosecrance will be approved for the period of July 01, 2016 through June 30, 2017 for the TIMES program in the amount of $18,300 and for the Runaway & Homeless Youth programs in the amount of $8,400 are to be approved.

8. CLOSED AND OPEN SESSIONS TO CONSlDER

a. Pending litigation pursuant to the Open Meetings P.ct, 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (11)

Move to go into dosed session pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)
