The Board of Education for Champaign Unit 4 Schools met Tuesday to discuss administrative appointments and approve several agreements.
A $131,260 contract with Reliable Plumbing and Heating was approved to provide Building Automation Systems Controls for the Early Childhood Center. The sum will be paid from the Operations and Maintenance Fund.
The board also approved a cash farm lease agreement with the United Way of Champaign County for the property purchased from the Atkins Group. The United Way will pay $9,250 to the district.
