The Urbana Sustainability Advisory Commission will meet tonight in the City Council Chambers at the Urbana City Building to present a challenge to business owners and office managers throughout the city.

Board member Bart Bartels will present the Illinois Green Office Challenge (IGOC) to the commission for consideration. The IGOC is meant to pit offices in the same town or city against one another to see who can post the greatest gains in energy efficiency, waste reduction, and water conservation.

This year's contest begins March 1 and runs for six months.

The group will also review a monthly staff report and an update from Mayor Laurel Prussing.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at 400 S. Vine St.
